Recently I had the chance to catch up with Georgina Sinclair, country/town girl of Bingara. Georgina has made a recent move to Tamworth and you might be surprised just what this "pocket rocket" has achieved in her time as our local. I personally have been giving much thought to managing stress in myself and my family in the recent months.
Like most of you in our little community of Bingara, we have felt in some way the effect of not one but maybe all; the Covid-19, work and employment loss, drought recovery, business recovery, home schooling and the list goes on as you know......
